Declutter, Downsize, and Reclaim Your Space – Join My Fall Classes at Nauset Adult Ed

If you’ve been meaning to tackle the clutter in your home—or finally face the daunting idea of downsizing—you’re not alone. Nearly everyone has a garage, basement, closet, or drawer that feels overwhelming. The good news? You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

This fall, I’ll be teaching two community education classes through Nauset Adult & Community Education, and I’d love for you to join me.

Downsizing 360: How to Declutter Your House Now So Your Kids Don’t Have to Later

Dates: 2 Mondays, October 20 & 27, 6 - 7:30 pm, Brewster.
This two-part workshop is for anyone feeling weighed down by “too much stuff.” Whether you’re preparing for a move soon or just want to simplify your life, you’ll leave with a personalized action plan full of realistic, doable steps. We’ll cover:

  • Preparing your home for sale (even if you’re years away)

  • What to do if you’re not sure where you’re moving yet

  • Smart, stress-free ways to rehome unwanted items

  • Mindset shifts to make letting go easier

1-2-3 GO! How to Declutter and Organize Any Room of Your Home

Date: Monday, October 6th, 2025. 6 - 7:30 pm, Brewster.
This single-session class is all about breaking free from overwhelm. You’ll learn a simple, repeatable process for organizing any space—kitchen, garage, closet, you name it. We’ll focus on building confidence, overcoming mental roadblocks, and creating systems that actually stick.

Both classes include plenty of time for Q&A, as well as handouts you can bring home and put into action right away.

How to Register

To sign up, visit the Nauset Adult & Community Education website Once there, select Self-Improvement from the course menu—you’ll find both classes listed under that category.
